If the upload field only appears when someone refreshes the website, go to DESIGN → SITE STYLES and make sure AJAX LOADING is disabled. Once you find the identification number of a certain block, you can easily make CSS changes to it over in the Squarespace CSS Editor. Then add the uploaded urls of your font files in between the brackets. Now, replace the term YOURFONT with the name of the font type, keeping consistent in both codes. The font files will end with OTF, WOFF or TTF. The only way to tell who uploaded a file is from the email that you get from Squarespace initially, so keep that email safe if it's something you'll need to reference in the future.
